摘要
针对传统的对称低-高-低排列绕组难以调节漏感至期望值的问题,首先采用磁路分组的方法计算了非对称低-高-低排列双绕组变压器的漏感,分析了内外层匝数分配与漏感的关系;然后,针对某型号830kV·A双绕组变压器进行了仿真和试验验证,发现漏感值的相对误差低于5%,由此证明了上述理论分析的正确性。
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to adjust leakage inductance to the expected value for traditional symmetrically-located L-H-L windings,the leakage inductance of the transformer with asymmetrically-located L-H-L windings is calculated by dividing the magnetic circuits into groups and the relationship between internalor external-layer turns and leakage inductance is analyzed.Simulations and tests of an 830 kVA double-winding transformer show that the relative error of leakage inductance value is lower than 5%,thus the above theoretical analysis is proved to be correct.
