摘要
针对分段供电直线电机切换控制传感器的失效问题,提出了一种快速故障定位方法。首先,基于一种典型的分段切换传感系统结构,利用图形给出了切换控制传感信号根据次级运动而变化的规律;然后,分析了位置误差和时间误差对诊断结果的影响,分类讨论了对诊断算法的容错性要求,并给出了基于位置信息的故障诊断与定位流程;最后,利用实验验证了该方法的正确性。
Aiming at the problem of switch control sensor signal failure,a fast fault locating method is proposed.Based on a typical structure of sectional powering switch sensor system,the law of the switch control sensing signal generation by the secondary motion is described by a graph.The influence from the error of position and time error on diagnosis is analyzed,the fault tolerance requirements of the algorithm are given,and the algorithm of fault diagnosis based on location information is put forward.Finally,the method is validated by experiment.
