摘要
针对超大型多股电极-海水负载陆上模拟需要,提出了多个小型电极对插入电解液并联模拟的方法,并建立了电极对接触电阻计算模型以及模拟负载尺寸优化的多目标决策模型。为求解决策模型,首先将其简化为单目标决策模型,并利用库恩-塔克条件法得到单目标模型解;然后,利用理想点法求出了多目标决策模型解;最后,对模拟优化方法进行了仿真验证,计算结果表明:在保证负载电阻相同的情况下,模拟负载总尺寸及电极尺寸显著缩小,由此证明了模拟方法的有效性和优化方法的正确性。
In accordance with the demand on simulating super large stranded electrode-water load on land,the method of simulating parallel multiple small electrode pairs is put forward.The mathematics model of the contact resistance of electrode pairs and multi-objective decision-making model of simulating load optimization are established.In order to solve decisionmaking model and simplify it,the solution of the single objective decision-making model is obtained by using the Kuhn-Tucker conditions method and the solution of multi-objective decision-making model is obtained by using the ideal point method.The simulation optimization method is verified,and the calculations prove that the size of simulation load is significantly reduced,which confirms that the method is effective and correct.
