肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清中IL-5、IL-18及TNF-α水平及其与病情严重程度的关系

The Correlations of Serum IL-5,IL-18 and TNF-α Levels of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Child Patients with Severity of Illness

目的:观察肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清中IL-5、IL-18及TNF-α水平及其与病情严重程度的关系。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月在笔者所在医院诊治的98例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿(设疾病组),另取笔者所在医院同期体检的98例健康儿童作为对照(设健康组),两组均接受血清检测,比较不同组间血清炎症因子水平情况。结果:疾病组血清TNF-α、IL-5、IL-18含量(27.81±7.42)pg/ml、(118.41±45.62)ng/L、(98.24±32.51)ng/ml,明显比健康组高(P<0.01);急性期组血清TNF-α、IL-5、IL-18(26.84±8.56)pg/ml、(114.35±49.82)ng/L、(94.26±36.21)ng/ml,比恢复期组含量高(P<0.01);在34例急性期患儿中,CPIS评分>6分组的TNF-α、IL-5、IL-18水平(33.21±7.52)pg/ml、(135.24±45.22)ng/L、(114.42±22.32)ng/ml,均比CPIS评分≤6分组的高(P<0.01)。结论:在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清中,IL-5、IL-18及TNF-α水平均较高,随着病情的加重,血清中IL-5、IL-18及TNF-α水平亦会随之升高。

Objective:To observe the correlations of serum IL-5,IL-18 and TNF-αlevels of mycoplasma pneumoniae child patients with severity of illness.Method:The clinical data of 98 mycoplasma pneumoniae child patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018(disease group)were selected,while 98 healthy children who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were used as controls(healthy group).Both groups received serum test.They were compared in terms of serum inflammatory cytokine levels.Result:The serum TNF-α,IL-5 and IL-18 levels of the disease group were(27.81±7.42)pg/ml,(118.41±45.62)ng/L and(98.24±32.51)ng/ml respectively,remarkably higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.01).The serum TNF-α,IL-5 and IL-18 levels of the acute stage group were(26.84±8.56)pg/ml,(114.35±49.82)ng/L and(94.26±36.21)ng/ml,higher than those of the recovery stage group(P<0.01).Among the 34 acute stage patients,the serum TNF-α,IL-5 and IL-18 levels of those patients with CPIS score>6 were(33.21±7.52)pg/ml,(135.24±45.22)ng/L and(114.42±22.32)ng/ml,higher than those with CPIS score≤6(P<0.01).Conclusion:The TNF-α,IL-5 and IL-18 levels in the serum of mycoplasma pneumoniae child patients are relatively high,and they will increase with the increase of severity of illness.
