纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺炎的效果及对炎性指标的影响

Efficacy of Bronchoalveolar Lavage for Severe Pneumonia and Its Influence on Inflammatory Parameters

目的:探索纤支镜肺泡灌洗疗法治疗重症肺炎患者的效果及对炎性指标的影响。方法:于2014年3月-2016年12月收治的重症肺炎患者中选出58例进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法不同分组,对照组患者给予常规对症疗法,观察组患者加用纤支镜肺泡灌洗疗法,对比两组患者的血气分析指标、血清炎症因子水平等。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3 d,观察组患者的SpO_2值和PaO_2值明显高于对照组,且PaCO_2值低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者的血清PCT、hs-CRP和WBC计数均显著比对照组患者更低(P<0.01)。结论:纤支镜肺泡灌洗疗法应用到重症肺炎患者治疗中有助于促进炎症反应的缓解,促进患者康复。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of bronchoalveolar lavage lavage in the treatment of severe pneumonia and its influence on inflammatory parameters.Method:From March 2014 to December 2016,58 patients with severe pneumonia admitted were selected and grouped according to different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were given conventional symptomatic therapy.Patients in the observation group were treated with bronchoalveolar lavage.The blood gas analysis indicators and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SpO2 value and PaO2 value in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the PaCO2 value was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).The serum PCT,hs-CRP,and WBC counts of patients were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Bronchoalveolar lavage therapy is useful in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia,can promote the relief of inflammatory response and promote the recovery of patients.
