整体护理在A型性格剖宫产产妇围术期应用效果分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Holistic Nursing on Cesarean Section maternal with Type A Personality in the Perioperative Period

目的:探讨A型性格产妇剖宫产围术期实施整体护理的临床效果。方法:对2014年10月-2017年12月笔者所在科行剖宫产A型性格产妇60例,随机分为研究组30例,对照组30例。研究组实施整体护理,对照组实施常规护理。观察两组产妇的住院时间、术后非计划重返手术室发生率、产后恢复情况(停导尿时间、肛门排气时间、下床时间)、术后24 h疼痛VAS评分、术后并发症(切口感染、产褥病、产后出血、VTE)和产妇对护理工作满意度等观察指标并进行比较。结果:研究组产妇住院时间、停导尿时间、肛门排气时间、下床时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);产后非计划重返手术室发生率、术后24 h疼痛VAS评分和术后并发症研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇对护理工作满意度研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理应用于A型性格产妇剖宫产围术期能够明显减少患者的住院时间和术后并发症,促进产后恢复,降低了产妇术后非计划重返手术室发生率,明显缓解疼痛,显著提高产妇对护理工作满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of holistic nursing on cesarean section maternal with type A personality in the perioperative period.Method:From October 2014 to December 2017,60 cases of cesarean section maternal with type A personality were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Parturien in the study group were treated with holistic nursing,while parturien in the control group received routine nursing measures.The length of hospital stay,incidence of non planned return to operation room after operation,poestpartum recovery situations(the catheter removal time,anus exhaust time and time of out bed),VAS pain score after surgery 24 h,the complications and parturien’s satisfactory degree to nursing service were compared between the 2 groups.Result:The length of inpatients,the catheter removal time,anus exhaust time and time of out bed of the study group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),incidence of non planned return to operation room after operation,VAS pain score after surgery 24 h and the complications of the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Parturien’s satisfactory degree to nursing service of the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic nursing can obviously reduce the length of hospital stay and postoperative complications of cesarean section maternal with type A personality in the perioperative,promoting postpartum recovery,reducing the incidence of unplanned return to operation room after operation,obviously relieving pain,significantly improve parturien’s satisfactory degree to nursing service,which can be widely applied clinically.
