Study on the Development and Core Competitiveness Improvement of High-Tech Industry in Shenzhen

经过三十多年的发展,深圳已进入创新驱动发展阶段,建立了相对完整的高技术产业体系。深圳虽然在对外开放程度高、资本市场相对发达、创新意识较强、区域创新体系环境宽松、政府支持企业技术创新等方面具有独特的优势,但由于核心技术大多仍掌握在国外厂商手里,深圳高技术产业核心竞争力总体上仍显不足。加强核心技术研发的基础设施建设、优化高技术产业投融资环境以及完善高技术人才引进培育政策等是提升深圳高技术产业核心竞争力的重要途径。

After the development for more than 30 years,Shenzhen has entered the stage of innovation-driven development,established a relatively complete system of high technology industry.On the whole,the core competitiveness of Shenzhen s high technology industry is still inadequate because most of the core technologies are mastered by foreign manufacturers,although Shenzhen has special advantages such as high opening degree,relatively developed capital market,strong innovation consciousness,loose environment for regional innovation system and government s supports to enterprise technology innovation.The important channels to promote the core competitiveness of Shenzhen s high technology industry include:strengthening the infrastructure construction of core technology research and development,optimizing the investment and financing environments of high technology industry and improving the polices about introduction and cultivation of hi-tech talents.
