摘要 刘老涧抽水站运行20多年来,为南水北调和江水北调工程发挥了巨大的工程效益和社会效益,但泵站机电设备老化等问题已威胁到泵站的安全与稳定运行,技术改造工作势在必行。针对刘老涧抽水站运行中存在的问题,运用理论分析和数值模拟方法,对泵站进出水流道、清污设施技术改造和水泵机组降速的可行性进行了研究。原进出水流道水力性能良好,大幅度改变型线和设计参数对提高水泵装置效率有限,但会影响泵房稳定与结构安全,建议保持原结构型式不变;建议进行清污设施更新改造,改善水泵进水条件,保证泵站安全与稳定运行;通过优选水泵模型,刘老涧抽水站已具备了降速运行的条件,不仅有利于改善水泵空化性能,还能保证水泵装置能量性能的充分发挥。 Liulaojian Pump Station has exerted great engineering and social benefits to the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and the project of Diverting Water from Yangtze River to the Northern Jiangsu since it was built more than 20 years ago.The aging of electrical and mechanical devices have posed threats to the safety and stable operation of Liulaojian Pump Station,the technical innovation of the pump station has become an imperative work.Aiming at the problems occurred in the operation of the station,the feasibility study on the technical innovation of suction box and discharge passage and cleaning device and the reduction of rotational speed of pump were carried out in this paper by using methods of theoretic analysis and numerical simulation.The hydraulic performances of original suction box and discharge passage are good,and big changes of their shape and design parameters would affect the stability and structural safety of the pump house,but do little in improving the pumping system efficiency,so that their original structure types are kept unchanged.The renewal and transformation of cleaning device is recommended to improve the flow conditions of pump and to secure the safety and stable operation of the pump station.Through optimal selection of model pump,it is possible to reduce the pump rotational speed,that it will be not only benefit to the improving of the pump cavitations characteristics,but also to the full play of its hydraulic performances.
