从“智能大坝”到“智能化水力发电” 被引量:2

摘要 随着电力市场改革的不断推进,水电过剩的现象日益显现,发电企业的管理重点逐渐从强调“智能大坝”转移到强调“智能化水力发电”上来。由于现有“智能化水力发电”方面的研究仅停留在单个电站层面,加上智能设备、智能通讯、智能组件等的技术限制,而针对整个集团层级的“智能化水力发电”研究和建设更是少之又少,因此,本文在简要阐述了“智能大坝”、“智能水电厂”的基础上,以中国华电集团构建集团层级的“智能化水力发电”系统为例,详细介绍了系统建设的总体框架、建设依据和重点技术,以期推动集团层级“智能化水力发电”系统研究的展开与推广。 The management key point of the power enterprise focused on not only smart dam,but also smart hydroelectric power,with the advancement of electric power market reform and the hydroelectric excess.The study and construction on the smart hydroelectric power system was very few,because of the existing research of smart hydropower station only stay in a single plant level,coupled with the technical limited of the smart equipment,smart communication and the smart components.Therefore,besides a brief introduction to the smart dam and smart hydropower station,this paper details the general framework,construction principles and key techniques of the smart hydroelectric power system.In order to develop and promote the study of the smart hydroelectric power system for the power generation group.
