近年来随着城市化的快速发展,水资源紧缺、水生态恶化与水环境污染等一系列问题亟待解决。针对现代工农业生产对水资源污染与破坏的问题,利用电视视频监控技术对污水处理监控,将摄像头作为视频数据采集工具,将污水处理监控视频传递给服务层与用户层,便于水质监管人员及时掌握与监控污水处理情况,对于提高污水处理监督力度与污水处理监控信息化水平具有重要意义。

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,a series of problems such as shortage of water resources,deterioration of water ecology,and pollution of water environment have yet to be solved.In response to the problem of pollution and destruction of water resources caused by modern industrial and agricultural production,TV video monitoring technology is used to monitor the sewage treatment,and the camera is used as a video data collection tool to transmit the sewage treatment monitoring video to the service layer and the user layer to facilitate timely supervision of water quality personnel.Grasping and monitoring the situation of sewage treatment is of great significance for improving the supervision of sewage treatment and the level of informatization of sewage treatment monitoring.
