首发精神分裂症患者血浆microRNA-30e表达水平与症状的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨精神分裂症患者血浆micro RNA-30e表达水平变化及其与临床症状的相关性。方法纳入17例首发精神分裂症患者和16名健康对照者,年龄17~45岁。采用定量反转录聚合酶链式反应检测两组血浆micro RNA-30e的表达水平,使用阳性与阴性症状量表(positive and negative symptom scale,PANSS)、个人和社会功能量表(personal and social functioning scale,PSP)对患者组进行评定。结果 与对照组比较,精神分裂症患者血浆micro RNA-30e相对表达量下降,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.180,P=0.029)。患者血浆micro RNA-30e相对表达水平与PANSS中攻击危险性得分存在正相关(r=0.517,P=0.040),与PANSS总分、阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理学症状相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05);micro RNA-30e相对表达水平与PSP总分、对社会有益的活动、个人关系和社会关系、自我照料、扰乱及攻击行为相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 血浆micro RNA-30e的表达水平可能与精神分裂症有关,与急性期冲动控制能力有关系;micro RNA-30e可能是精神分裂症的疾病性质指标,而非状态依赖性指标。
