摘要
柔性电加热膜是电加热器领域的研究热点之一,选用银基浆料在柔性透明的PET衬底上制备图形化薄膜电阻,经低温烧结获得柔性电加热膜。在5 V直流电压驱动下,分别测试了室温26℃与低温0℃条件下薄膜的表面温度变化及温度分布,研究了丝印浆料种类、图形分布等对柔性电加热膜温升特性的影响。结果表明,基于碳银浆的柔性电加热膜在低功耗下,实现了20℃以上的温升,为其在解决液晶/OLED等器件低温环境使用的瓶颈问题奠定了基础。
The flexible electric heating film is one of the hot areas of the research on electric heating devices.Patterned film resistors based on silver paste are fabricated on PET substrate by screen printing,and the devices are heated under temperature as low as 150℃.Under voltage as low as 5 V,the surface temperature increase and distribution of films are measured by thermometer and Infrared imager at 26℃and 0℃.The influence of the silver paste and pattern type on the rising temperature characteristic is studied.The results show that the surface temperature of carbon-silver based heating films can be increased by over 20℃under low power consumption,which lays the foundation of the flexible films for the application of the devices as LCD and OLED working in low temperature environment.
