摘要
LNB是卫星接收系统的关键设备,对系统指标有重要影响。采用自上而下的模块化设计方法,设计了一种高性能X波段LNB。首先由卫星接收系统提出LNB技术要求,然后再搭建LNB组成单元;通过EDA仿真设计,合理分配各级参数,选用合适的元器件进行电路设计,最终完成该LNB模块的系统集成。测试结果表明,在7.25 GHz^7.75 GHz频段内,该LNB噪声系数小于0.61 d B,增益约为58 d B,并具有良好的环境适应性,主要技术指标满足系统要求,已应用于国防重大工程中。
LNB is the key component of satcom receiving system,which substantially affects the overall performance of the system.Using a top-down modular design method,the high performance LNB in X-band is designed.Firstly,the specifications of the LNB are given by the leader of the system;then the composition units are constructed.The simulation and optimization are accomplished by the EDA simulation software,the parameters of each part are allocated reasonably,and the appropriate components are selected for circuit design,finally system integration of the LNB module is completed.According to the test results,in the 7.25 GHz to 7.75 GHz band,the noise factor of the LNB is less than 0.61dB,and the gain is about 58 dB.The LNB has good environmental adaptability,and the main technical indexes meet the system requirements,so the LNB has been used in a major defense project.
