摘要 为借助仿真加快BUCK电路调试进度。对BUCK电路进行了建模仿真,根据仿真与量测的比对结果及电流反馈理论,对电容及电感等效模型进行了修正,修正后的BUCK电路仿真结果可以实现与量测结果的良好匹配。根据环路补偿理论,对TypeⅡ环路补偿设计进行参数扫描仿真分析,找出了Transient设计最优解以满足BUCK电路设计要求。通过比对优化后的仿真与量测结果,其Peak-Peak电压差值为7 m V,验证了此仿真调试方法的正确性和有效性。 To speed up circuit debug progress of BUCK with help of simulation,a simulation deck is built and simulated of BUCK circuit.According to comparison of simulation and measurement results and current feedback theory,capacitor and inductor models are modified.After modification,the simulation fits the measurement result perfectly.According to loop compensation theory,parameter of TypeⅡcompensation design is swept by simulation to find the better parameter result within the design requirement of BUCK.By comparing the improved simulation and measurement results,the Peak-Peak voltage difference is only 7mV,it verifies that this is a good way to debug the BUCK circuit design with simulation.
