基于光散射技术的高分子溶液特性参数测量系统的设计

摘要 为了完成对高分子稀溶液的重均分子量Mω、均方旋转半径Rg第2维里系数A2参数的测量,设计了具有高信噪比的测量系统。该系统以重均分子量Mω为6.10×105g/mol的丁苯共聚物为样本,通过静态光散射实验,完成了对一种高分子溶液的特性参数检测,并经由上位机对测量结果进行计算与显示。最后将高分子溶液测量结果与样本溶液进行比对,得出实验误差ΔM=6.72%,证明本测量系统满足测试要求。 In order to complete the measure of average molecular weight of polymer dilute solution,mean square radius of gyration and the second virial coefficient,a circuit with high signal to noise ratio was designed.The system with molecular weight of heavy styrene-butadiene copolymer Mω=6.10×10 5 g/mol as a sample,completed the characteristics of a polymer solution parameters testing.And then,the result of the measurement was calculated and displayed through the upper machine.After the measurement,the results of polymer solution were compared with the sample solution to determine whether it meets the national standard requirements.Through comparison,it is concluded that the experimental error is 6.72%,and the experimental results show that the measurement system satisfy the test requirement.
