摘要
针对混联生产系统中的设备维护问题,结合生产特点,提出双导向机会维护策略:利用批次生产之间的准备过程进行预防性维护,提出以生产特点为导向的机会维护策略(advance-do nothing-postpone strategy,ADP),对单机设备的维护计划进行优化,降低单机设备的维护成本。基于单机设备优化后的预防性维护计划,对多机系统进行联合维护,提出以维护活动为导向的机会维护策略(maintenance-driven opportunistic maintenance strategy,MODM),进一步降低系统的维护成本,数值实验结果证明双导向机会维护策略能有效降低系统停机成本,优化系统总成本,实现经济收益。
Focusing on the equipment maintenance in hybrid production systems,in combination with the characteristics of production,a bi-driven opportunistic maintenance strategy is proposed to reduce the total system cost.A production-driven maintenance method,advance-do nothing-postpone(ADP)strategy is presented,which uses the setup time between batches as an opportunity to optimize the maintenance scheduling plan for a single machine.Based on the optimized maintenance plan,a maintenance-driven opportunistic maintenance strategy,MODM,was set in system-level scheduling to further decrease the system cost.The numerical experimental results prove that MODM can effectively reduce the downtime cost and optimize the total production cost for economic benefits.
