摘要 由于网架构建及电网跨越式发展的需要,线路间隔扩建已逐渐成为运行变电站后期建设的重点。鉴于二次回路复杂、隐蔽危险点多、交叉和部分带电作业风险高等特征,开展有针对性的危险源点辨识、二次技术分析和预控,对控制整个检修作业过程中的各类安全隐患有着重要的意义。以双母线典型线路间隔扩建为例,从安全和技术的角度对所涉及的二次危险点、应对措施进行了深入分析;同时,结合二次技术监督的重点和注意事项,总结一套适用于现场施工的可行性操作方案,为扩建施工监督提供一定的技术参考。 Due to the construction and development of power grid,line interval expansion has gradually become the focus of the later construction of the substation.In view of the characteristics of complicated secondary circuit,more hidden danger points,high risk of crossover and partial electrified operation,it is necessary to carry out targeted hazard identification,secondary technical analysis and pre-control,which is of great significance to control various types of security risks during the entire maintenance operation.Taking the extension of the typical bus line of the double busbar and 3/2 wiring as an example,the secondary danger points and response measures involved are analyzed in depth ffrom the perspective of safety and technology.At the same time,combined with the key focus and precaution of secondary technical supervision,this paper summarizes a set of feasible operation scheme applicable to on-site construction,providing a certain technical reference for the expansion of construction technical supervision.
