摘要
对采用B型货物围护系统的170000m^3液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)运输船货舱的结构强度进行分析,该船的特点是液货舱依靠自身支撑,与船体仅通过支座相连。为保证LNG货物的安全,液货舱结构本身需具有足够的强度。参照美国船级社的相关要求,采用有限元法校核液货舱的结构强度,给出需重点关注的高应力区域和优化建议及支座支撑力的分布特点。
This paper performed strength analysis on the tank structure of a 170000m3 Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)carrier with type B cargo containment system.A feature of the ship is its liquid tanks are self-supporting and connected to the hull only by means of the seat.To ensure the safety of LNG cargo,the finite element method is adopted to check the structure strength of the liquid cargo tanks in accordance with the requirements of American Bureau of Shipping(ABS)to determine the high stress regions that require major attention,to provide suggestions for optimization and to obtain the distribution characteristics of the seat supporting forces.
