基于火药驱动系统的接地螺纹钉固定方式

摘要 通过对比发现:传统的接地固定采用焊接形式,方式简单,成本低,但会破坏涂层,工作量大;火药驱动快速安装方式可使接地点快速固定,安装快速便捷,工作量小;火药驱动快速安装方式可有效减少施工工序,极大地提高施工效率,相比传统的固定分支电缆的方式,这种方式既方便,又快捷,具有很高的灵活性,且能极大地减少原材料使用,免去防腐、焊接等工序。从具体试验结果中可看出,相比传统的接地固定方式,火药驱动方式在施工工作量、施工工序和综合成本等方面均有较大优势。 Comparison shows that the system grounding fixation by welding is simple and cost-effective,but it will damage the coating and is labor-intensive,while gunpowder-driven installation can easily realize a rapid grounding point fixation with less work-load.It can effectively reduce the working procedures and significantly increase the work efficiency.Compared with traditional fixed branch cable method,this method is convenient and flexible.It can greatly reduce raw materials and eliminate the procedures of anti-corrosion and welding.The experiment result demonstrates that the gunpowder-driven method has large advantages in reducing workload,work procedures and overall cost,compared with traditional grounding fixation method.
