为加快推进现代造船模式,中国船舶工业集团有限公司于2016年提出"建立现代造船模式2.0",并将其作为指导公司未来十年造船建模工作的纲领性文件。对此,沪东中华造船(集团)有限公司快速推进部署建立现代造船模式2.0各项工作,通过成立组织机构、组建会议平台、制定管理制度和选择关键抓手等措施,取得丰硕成果。
In order to speed up the modernization of shipbuilding,China State Shipbuilding Corporation(CSSC)put forward the strategy of“modern shipbuilding mode 2.0”in 2016 and decided to implement it as the programmatic document that guides the company’s shipbuilding modeling in the next ten years.As a response,Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding(Group)Co.,Ltd.quickly started the deployment to promote the modeling 2.0 through setting up organizations,conference platform,management system and key tactics,which has led to fruitful outcomes.
