摘要
回转支撑结构作为挖树机的关键部位,其机械性能的研究对挖树机的工作能力的提升有重要意义。据此,在回转支撑结构二维图纸的基础上对其进行三维实体建模和有限元分析。采用SolidWorks和ANSYS Workbench联合仿真的方法,得到了回转支撑结构有限元静力分析后的应力分布和变形情况,以及其模态分析后的前4阶固有频率和振型。通过分析回转支撑结构的静力分析和模态分析的结果 ,发现其结构强度、刚度均符合要求,并且避开了回转支撑结构共振的频率区域,研究证实了该结构设计的可靠性。
The rotary support structure is the key part of tree planter and the research of it is essential to the working ability of tree planter.The three-dimensional model and finite element are created based on the two-dimensional drawings of rotary support structure.Through the way of collaborative simulation of SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench,the equivalent stress,total deformation,the first four orders of natural frequencies and the vibrational shapes can be obtained after the analysis of static structure and the analysis of modal.By analyzing the result of static structure and modal,both the strength and stiffness of the rotary support structure meet the requirements,and the mechanical structure could avoid the resonance frequency region,which verify the reliability of the structure.
