摘要
为了研究网格策略对皮卡车外流场仿真精度的影响,基于皮卡车模型,采用两种网格策略,每种策略采用两种网格密度进行皮卡车外流场仿真计算,并与风洞实验数据进行比较研究。结果表明:六面体与三棱柱混合策略的计算精度得到有效改善,而且能够更好地模拟车尾处的涡系和捕捉边界层处的分离现象;在合理的壁面函数范围内,适当减小网格尺寸,可以有效改善计算精度。
Numerical simulation was carried out to discuss the effect of variable mesh model and densities on its external flow field based on pickup truck model,and two mesh strategies were used to achieve two densities,with the results compared with wind tunnel experiment data.The results show that Prism and Hexa mix mesh gets a realizable result.The accuracy is effectively improved.It can better simulate the vortices at the rear of pickup truck,and capture the separation phenomenon at the boundary layer;Mesh densities should be in the effective zone of the wall function.It would refine the solution accuracy effectively by reducing its size properly.
