基于RAMSIS宽体轻客机械式驻车制动器舒适性分析

摘要 基于RAMSIS对某商用车宽体轻客的机械式驻车制动器进行人机舒适性分析,利用RAMSIS建立不同百分位的中国人体模型,计算出不同百分位的驾驶员操控驻车制动器的人机舒适度值,对其舒适度值进行模糊数学综合评价,为后续人机工程学对驾驶室的周边布置产生极其重要的意义。 Ergonomics comfort analysis of a mechanical parking brake used in a commercial vehicle with wide body and a few passengers is done based on RAMSIS.RAMSIS is used to establish the model of Chinese bodies with different percentile and calculate the ergonomics comfort value of drivers with different percentile using the parking brake.The value of comfort is evaluated by fuzzy mathematics comprehensively.It is of great significance for the subsequent man-machine engineering to layout cab.
