摘要
运用三维软件UG建立车架模型,运用Hypermesh建立有限元模型。通过Patran计算分析车架在不同工况下的最大应力情况和变形量,同时运用工程分析软件ANSYS对其进行模态分析,通过对前4阶固有频率和振型分析,检验该车辆车架结构的可靠性,并为其后期结构改进提供依据。
Geometric model of the frame was built by using the 3D software UG,and the finite element was got by HyperMesh.The maximum stress and deformation in different condition was analyzed by Patran.The natural frequency and the vibration mode of the vehicle frame were analyzed by ANSYS to check the reliability and give the improvement measure of the frame.
