车身纵梁减振器安装套筒结构失效分析及优化

摘要 为解决车身纵梁的减振器安装点在耐久路试过程中出现的开裂失效问题,通过问题的充分分析和原因的排查,发现减振器阻尼力的增加是导致失效问题出现的原因。根据减振器增加的阻尼力,加强了车身纵梁安装结构,优化了焊接工艺和材料,通过CAE分析验证耐久强度满足设计要求,实现了新结构的性能与减振器阻尼力的匹配设计。最终,经过综合路试耐久试验验证了加强方案有效。 In order to resolve the crack failure problem of carling fix points for suspension absorber joints in process of road test,we make enough analysis of root causes and find that the adding of absorber damping force leads to the crack failure.The root cause of failure can also be confirmed by CAE.The fix structure,welding process and sleeve material were optimized,and validated to meet durability requirements by CAE,then matching was achieved between the damping force and the performance of the new structure.The optimization of enhance measures was confirmed to meet design requirements by endurance road test finally.
