基于改进随机多目标可接受度分析的产品服务系统方案评价 被引量:4

摘要 为了有效处理评价指标的随机性,提出一种将随机多目标可接受度分析和数据包络分析相结合的产品服务系统概念方案评价方法。针对权重未知的随机多属性决策问题,将不确定的信息通过概率分布的形式表示,用价值函数构建出综合决策矩阵,再采用逆权重空间分析方法找出各方案的最优权重空间,得到各方案的可接受度、置信度和中心权重,即可比较方案的优劣程度,确定最优方案。最后,以某企业的机床产品服务系统方案评价为例,证明了所提方法的适用性和有效性。 To deal with the randomness of evaluation criteria effectively,an integrated concept evaluation method for Product Service System(PSS)which combined the Stochastic Multi-objective Acceptability Analysis(SMAA)and Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)was proposed.Aiming at the stochastic multi-attributes decision making problem without weights information,the uncertain information was expressed with probability distribution,the integrated decision matrix was constructed with value function,and the inverse weighting method of spatial analysis was employed to identify the optimal weight space,so as to obtain the acceptability scheme,confidence and center weight.Thus the optimal concept could be identified.The concept evaluation of a machine tool product service system was implemented to demonstrate the applicability and validity of the proposed approach.
