文章分析芝麻信用借书存在的问题,包括制度保障不充分、用户借阅体验有待改进等,提出改进对策,讨论发展方向,以促进芝麻信用借书进一步发展。

In this paper,the problems related to library borrowing service based on Zhima Credit are analyzed,such as inadequate“institutional guarantee”and poor user experience.In hope of promoting the credit-based borrowing in the future,the authors bring forward some suggestions for its improvement and have a discussion about its development.
