摘要
目前关于"组织中员工知识共享影响因素"问题的探讨产生了不一致的结论。文章用元分析方法对研究结果加以综合分析,进而得到更有说服力的一般性结论。基于元分析方法,选取国外信息管理领域代表性期刊和会议中以知识共享为研究主题、以组织(非虚拟社区)为研究场景的文献作为样本文献,使用CMA3.0作为分析软件对组织中员工知识共享影响因素进行分析。研究发现:影响知识共享频率的因素为信任、承诺;影响知识共享态度的因素为互惠、报酬、IT促进的共享理念;影响知识共享意愿的因素为主观规范、知识共享态度;影响知识共享质量的因素为认同。
Up to now,hot discussions on the factors in knowledge sharing among organization employees haven’t reached universal agreements.This paper makes a meta-analysis of current discussions,aiming for a more convincing general conclusion.It selects articles on knowledge sharing in organizations(or non-virtual communities),which have been published on representative journals and at important academic conferences,and uses CMA3.0 to analyze the influencing factors.It comes to four conclusions.First,mutual commitment and trust are two key factors influencing the frequency of organization employees’knowledge sharing.Second,reciprocity,reward,and people’s understanding of knowledge sharing could influence organization employees’attitude towards knowledge sharing.Third,the subjective norms and people’s attitude towards knowledge sharing could influence organization employees’willingness of knowledge-sharing.Fourth,the identification of knowledge sharing among organization employees could influence the quality of knowledge sharing.
