摘要
本文针对电解铝烟气中SO_2浓度低、烟气量大等特点,采用水平式钙法脱硫技术,研究了烟气中SO_2浓度、液气比、钙硫比、吸收液pH值等对烟气中SO_2脱除率的影响。结果表明:烟气浓度为200~300 mg/Nm^3,液气比为15∶1、钙硫比为1∶1、吸收液pH值为7.0的条件下,使用水平式钙法脱硫塔脱除SO_2,脱除率可达90%以上,为解决低浓度电解铝烟气中SO_2排放带来的环境问题提供理论依据和技术支撑。
In this paper the horizontal calcium desulphurization technology is used to deal with pot fume with low SO2 concentration and large volume of pot fume,and the influence of SO2 concentration,liquid-gas ratio,calcium-sulfur ratio,pH value of absorbent on removal rate of SO2 in pot fume is investigated.The results show that removal rate of SO2 can reach more than 90%by horizontal calcium desulfurization tower under 15∶1 of the ratio of liquid to gas,1∶1 of the ratio of calcium to sulfur,7.0 of the pH value of the absorbent and the 200~300mg/Nm^3 of concentration of pot fume.The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for solving the environmental problems caused by SO2 emissions from low concentration pot fume.
