摘要
缺口试件常用于研究韧性材料在复杂应力状态下的损伤断裂行为。本文通过试验和有限元模拟研究了不含缺口试件与含缺口Q345钢板条试件在单轴拉伸作用下的力学响应。结果表明:基于无缺口试件拉伸试验得到的本构关系模拟得到的双边缺口试件拉伸载荷—标距段位移曲线明显高于试验曲线。通过对缺口试件几何特性和应力状态分析,提出了适合双边缺口试件拉伸模拟的本构关系修正公式。模拟结果与试验数据的对比表明该修正公式能够更加准确地模拟双边缺口试件拉伸时的屈服和硬化过程。
The notched specimens are usually used to study the damage and fracture of ductile material.In order to investigate the mechanical behavior of Q345 steel plates with and without notch,experiments and finite element simulations are carried out.Based on the simulation with the constitutive relation obtained from the tensile test on the non-notched plates,it is shown that the load-displacement curve of the notched specimens is higher than the experiment result.The constitutive relation for the notched specimens is revised by introducing a coefficient considering the geometric characteristics and stress state of the notched specimens.Comparing the simulation results with the experimental data,it is indicated that the proposed modified constitutive formula can simulate the yield and hardening process of bilateral notched tensile specimens more accurately.
