摊铺机作业螺旋端部与边板之间预留宽度研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了确定摊铺机在稳定摊铺作业时螺旋端部与边板之间的预留宽度,通过建立螺旋输料流量模型,确定了摊铺宽度、摊铺速度、铺层厚度、螺旋转速之间的相互关系;基于螺旋输料流量模型,采用线性拟合方法,确定了外径为0.30~0.48 m的螺旋输料器流量修正系数;建立了预留宽度与摊铺宽度、第一级螺旋外径、端部螺旋外径、端部螺旋叶片料位系数之间的关系,得到了预留宽度与各个因素之间的关系曲线。 In order to calculate the reserved width between the side plate and spiral end of the paver during stable paving,a model for material flow conveying through the spiral is established,and the relation between paving width,paving speed,thickness of paving layer and screw speed are determined.Based on the model,a linear fitting method is used to determine the flow coefficient of the spiral feeder with an external diameter from 0.30 m to 0.48 m.The relation between the reserved width,spreading width,the first spiral external diameter,the external diameter of the end screw and the material coefficient of the end spiral blade is established,and the curves show that the relation between the reserved width and the various factors are obtained.
