宫颈癌合并放射性肠炎患者的营养支持分析

Nutritional Support Analysis of a Patient with Cervical Cancer Complicated with Radiation Enteritis

目的探讨临床药师参与宫颈癌合并放射性肠炎患者营养支持治疗的作用。方法临床药师对1例宫颈癌合并放射性肠炎患者住院期间营养支持方案提出用药建议:选择恰当时机启动肠内营养支持,同时针对患者病情,制定个体化肠外营养组方,增加氨基酸剂量17.3 g,添加丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液10 g,调整适合于该肝功能异常患者的脂肪乳注射液和氨基酸注射液,并对患者施行家庭肠内营养支持提供合理建议。结果经过肠内营养与肠外营养支持对症治疗,患者病情好转并恢复经口饮食。结论临床药师发挥肠外与肠内营养知识方面的专业优势,为临床治疗提供用药建议,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacist in individual nutrition support for a patient with cervical cancer complicated with radioactive enteritis.Methods Clinical pharmacist provided medication advice and assisted with physicians to make the scheme of individual nutrition support.The pharmacist provided suggestions on the starting time of enteral nutrition,increased the dosage of amino acid by 17.3 g,additionally used alanyl glutamine injection 10 g and adjusted fat emulsion injection and amino acid in parenteral nutrition prescription for abnormal liver function.Meanwhile pharmacists gave patients reasonable suggestions about enteral at home.Results Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment process and clinicians taked advice.After 10 days of enteral and parenteral nutrition,the patient got better and oral intake was resumed with the cooperation of clinicians and pharmacists.Conclusion Clinical nutrition pharmacists provide rational advice,which plays positive role in clinical medication.
