摘要
针对导弹电磁弹射装置的驱动核心——长初级双边感应直线电动机,通过分析直线电动机的等值电路,推导弹射推力与设计参数的关系,结合导弹弹射的技术要求,给出直线电动机的设计参数。最后建立直线电动机的有限元模型,通过仿真分析得到直线电动机的工作特性并验证了模型的可行性,为双边感应直线电动机在导弹发射领域的应用研究提供了理论依据。
The long primary double-sided linear induction motor is the driving core of the electromagnetic catapult device.The equivalent circuit of the linear induction motor was analyzed.The relationship between required thrust and the design parameters was derived,and the design parameters were provided considering technical requirements of the catapult of missile.The finite element model was built,the simulation results showed the working characteristics of the linear motor and verified the feasibility of the model,which provided a theoretical basis for the application and research for linear induction motor in the field of missile launch.
