摘要
电机的运行状态和特性与它的电磁、热、固等物理场直接相关,因此对多自由度永磁电机进行多物理场耦合分析至关重要。为了研究电机的温升和应力应变情况,需要对电机运行环境中的电磁场、温度场和应力场进行耦合分析。以多自由度电机的电磁结构作为研究对象,通过磁、热、固顺序耦合的仿真计算,得到所设计结构的温升和应力应变分布。仿真结果表明,该方法适用于解决电机的耦合场问题,对研究电机的多场耦合分析计算、优化电磁设计及安全运行具有重要的应用价值和指导意义。
The operation state and characteristics of the motor are directly related to the electromagnetic,thermal,solid and other physical fields,so it is very important to carry out the multi-physics coupling analysis of the multi-degree-of-freedom permanent magnet motor.In order to study the temperature rise and stress and strain of the motor,the coupling analysis of the electromagnetic field,temperature field and stress field in the motor operating environment is required.Taking the electromagnetic structure of a multi-degree-of-freedom motor as the research object,the temperature rise and stress-strain distribution of the designed structure were obtained through the simulation calculation of magnetic-thermal-solid coupling.The simulation results show that this method is suitable for solving the coupling field problem of the motor,which has certain application and guiding significance to the research of the multi-field coupling analysis,optimization of electromagnetic design and safe operation of the motor.
