吸烟和噪声联合暴露对听力损失影响的Meta分析

The Effect of Cigarette Smoking Combined with Noise Exposure on Hearing Loss:a Meta-Analysis

目的通过现有研究分析吸烟和噪声联合暴露与听力损失之间的关系。方法根据关键词检索国内外主要数据库,并按照纳入和排除标准筛检文献,采用Rev Man 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果根据纳入标准和排除标准,对文献进行筛选,最终纳入符合要求的研究13项;吸烟和噪声联合暴露组听力损失患病率在26%~58.25%之间,吸烟和噪声联合暴露组和对照组的听力损失患病率差异存在统计学意义,吸烟和噪声联合暴露组发生听力损失的概率是对照组的2.53倍[OR=2.53,95%CI为(1.87,3.42),P<0.000 01]。结论吸烟与噪声联合暴露会增加工人患听力损失的概率。

Objective Analysis of the relationship between cigarette smoking and noise exposure and hearing loss through the available literature.Methods According to the main keyword retrieval database at home and abroad,and in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria for literature,meta analysis was carried out using Rev Man 5.3 software.Results According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the articles were screened and included in the final to meet the requirements of the 13 studies;the prevalence of hearing loss between 26%and 58.25%in patients with smoking and noise exposure.The prevalence rate of hearing loss was significantly different,the probability of occurrence of hearing loss in smoking group was 2.53 times higher than the control group[OR=2.53,95%CI,(1.87,3.42),P<0.000 01].Conclusion Cigarette smoking combined with noise exposure has an effect on hearing loss.
