光固化复合树脂在口腔美容修复中的应用分析

Application of Photocurable Composite Resin in Oral Cosmetic Repair

目的探讨光固化复合树脂在口腔美容修复中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月期间在本院治疗的86例口腔美容修复患者,将其随机分为观察组(43例,56颗患牙)与对照组(43例,61颗患牙),对照组行烤瓷冠修复,观察组采用光固化复合树脂进行口腔美容修复,对比两组修复效果、并发症、复发率及修复满意度。结果观察组经光固化复合树脂美容修复后,修复优良率为96.43%,明显高于对照组的80.33%,组间差异有统计学意义(c2=7.534,P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率为3.57%,明显低于对照组的18.03%,组间差异有统计学意义(c2=9.744,P<0.05),观察组复发率为0.00%,对照组复发率为11.48%,组间差异有统计学意义(c2=6.379,P<0.05);观察组修复满意度为100.00%,对照组修复满意度为81.40%,组间差异有统计学意义(c2=5.956,P<0.05)。结论光固化复合树脂应用于口腔美容修复能够显著提升修复效果,控制并发症的发生,降低复发率,提高患者满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of light-cured composite resin in oral cosmetic repair.Methods Eighty-six patients with oral cosmetic repair who were treated in our hospital between January 2015 and December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(43 cases,56 teeth)and control group(43 cases,61 teeth).The teeth of the control group were repaired with porcelain crowns.The observation group was treated with light-cured composite resin for oral cosmetic repair,and the repair effect,complications,recurrence rate,and satisfaction with repair were compared between the two groups.Results After the cosmetic repair of the photocured composite resin in the observation group,the excellent and good rate of repair was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.33%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(c2=7.534,P<0.05).The complications occurred in the observation group.The rate was 3.57%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(18.03%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(c2=9.744,P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 0.00%in the observation group and 11.48%in the control group.There was a difference between groups.Statistical significance(c2=6.379,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,and that of the control group was 81.40%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(c2=5.956,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of light-curing composite resin in oral cosmetic repair can significantly improve the repair effect,control the occurrence of complications,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve patient satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
