地中海贫血在全世界范围内均有较高发病率,重度地中海贫血危害大,死亡率高;随着儿童贫血诊断技术的提高,儿童地中海贫血的诊断率逐年上升,如何规范化的诊断及治疗,使地中海贫血患儿终生受益,刻不容缓。该文对儿童地中海贫血的研究概况,包括分型、诊断及治疗等的研究概况作一综述。

The Mediterranean anemia have a higher incidence of a disease worldwide,severe to lean harm is big,high mortality;with the improvement of children's anemia diagnosis technology,the diagnosis of children's Mediterranean anemia rise year by year,how the standardization of diagnosis and treatment,benefit the Mediterranean anemia with a lifetime,is urgently needed.In this paper,general situation of the research on children's Mediterranean anemia,including the classification,diagnosis,and treatment etc.Summarizes the general situation of the research.
