摘要
以2-巯基-6-氯苯并噁唑和固体光气为起始原料,在DMF做催化剂的甲苯溶液中高效安全的合成2,6-二氯苯并噁唑,收率在98%以上。探讨了溶剂选择、固体光气用量、温度高低及催化剂用量对反应的影响。该工艺具有收率高,反应过程温和,操作方便,安全性高等优点。
Using 2-mercapto-6-chlorobenzoxazole and triphosgene as strating materials,2,6-dichlorobenzoxazole was synthesized efficiently and safely in a toluene solution with DMF as a catalyst.The yield is over 98%.The influence of solvent,solid phosgene dosage,temperature and catalyst dosage on the reaction was discussed.The technology has the advantages of high yield,mild reaction process,convenient operation and high safety.
