上海稻田稗草对3种除草剂的抗药性 被引量:11

摘要 为明确不同稻田区稗草对五氟磺草胺、二氯喹啉酸和氰氟草酯的抗性情况,采用整株生物测定法研究了其对3种除草剂的抗性水平。结果表明:SH1稗草种群(采自松江区叶榭镇)对五氟磺草胺产生了极高水平的抗药性,抗性指数为541.91,SH3(采自嘉定区外冈镇)和SH4(采自崇明区陈家镇)种群对五氟磺草胺产生了低水平的抗药性,抗性指数分别为5.62和7.03。所有供试稗草均对二氯喹啉酸产生了较高水平的抗药性,抗性指数为10.17~96.22。SH4、SH5、SH6(均采自崇明区陈家镇)种群对氰氟草酯产生了低水平的抗性,抗性指数分别为3.22、2.50和3.68。 In order to evaluate the resistance of barnyardgrass(Echinochloa crusgalli)in rice fields from Shanghai to penoxsulam,quinclorac and cyhalofop-butyl,whole-plant bioassays was used to detect the resistant level of barnyardgrass to three different herbicides.The results showed that SH1 population(collected from Yexie town,Songjiang district)had very high resistance to penoxsulam with resistance index was 541.91,While SH3 populations(collected from Waigang town,Jiading district)and SH4(collected from Chenjia town,Chongming district)expressed relatively low resistance level to penoxsulam with resistance indexes 5.62 and 7.03 respectively.All populations expressed higher resistance level to quinclorac with resistance indexes ranging from 10.17 to 96.22.SH4,SH5 and SH6 populatons(collected from Chenjia town,Chongming district)expressed relatively low resistance level to cyhalofop-butyl,their resistance indexes were 3.22,2.50 and 3.68 respectively.
