农药使用技能培训对农户个人防护行为的影响分析——以我国5省1153个粮食种植户为例

The Impact of Pesticide Use Skill Training on Farmers' Personal Protective Behavior——The Case of 1 153 Grain Growers from 5 Provinces

【目的】分析了农药使用技能培训对农户个人防护行为的影响,以规范农户施药时的个人防护行为,提高农药使用的安全性。【方法】通过对1 153个粮食种植户的问卷调查,采用双变量Probit模型分析了农药使用技能培训对农户个人防护行为的影响,并解决了农药使用技能培训变量的内生性问题。【结果】农药使用技能培训能够改善农户的个人防护行为,使农户更注重个人防护装备PPE的使用;此外,农户的个人防护行为还受到农户性别、农药相关知识水平以及区域变量的影响。【结论】农药使用技能培训能够有效促进农户个人防护行为的改善,政府应当合理设计农药使用技能培训项目,关注女性农户的安全施药问题,加强农药安全使用知识的宣传,以规范农户的用药行为。

【Objective】This study accesses the impact of pesticide use skill training on farmers'use of personal protective equipment(PPE)based on a survey of grain growers from rural China.【Method】Bivariate probit regression was used to analyze 1 153 questionnaires for the impact of pesticide use skill training on farmers'use of PPE,solving the endogenous problem of training.【Results】Pesticide use skill training has significant positive impact on farmers'use of PPE.Factors including farmers'gender,pesticide related knowledge and regional variables also influence farmers'personal protective behavior.【Conclusions】Farmers'participation in pesticide use skill training can effectively improve farmers'personal protective behavior.Efforts should be made to design more effective training programs to promote the safe practices of pesticide handling.The safety pesticide application of female farmers should be paid attention;the propaganda of knowledge about pesticide safety use should be strengthened,so as to regulate the behavior of farmers.
