摘要
基于单因素实验和正交实验,获得了威宁紫苏叶片原花青素的最佳提取工艺,主要参数为:乙醇浓度85%、料液比1:25、微波功率(300 W)、微波时间30 s,该工艺条件下原花青素的粗得率为6.4 mg/g,纯化制品得率为0.64%,样品纯度为86.54%。当所提取的原花青素浓度为0.008 mg/m L时,对羟基自由基清除率可达54.21%,对Fe3+的总还原能力最强。说明紫苏原花青素具有一定的抗氧化活性。
Based on single factors and orthogonal experiments,the optimum extraction conditions of oligomeric proanthoyanidins from perilla frutescens leaves in Weining county was obtained:ethanol concentration 85%,solid-liquid ratio 1:25,microwave power 300 W,microwave time 30 s.The crude yield of oligomeric proanthoyanidins was 6.4 mg/g.The yield of purified products was 0.64%,and the purity of samples was 86.54%.The scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical reached 54.21%,and the total reduction ability of Fe^3+was the strongest at the concentration of oligomeric proanthoyanidins 0.008 mg/mL.It shows that perilla seed anthocyanin has certain antioxidant activity.
