“一带一路”视角下内蒙古外向型经济发展对策研究

Research on the Strategy of Export-oriented Economy Development from the Perspective of “One Belt and One Road” in Inner Mongolia

2015年,我国政府全面推动及实施"一带一路"建设,为北部边疆内蒙古的经济带来了历史性的发展机遇。一直以来,以农牧业为主的内蒙古传统经济发展模式已经不适合时代经济发展需求,只有在平衡发展三次产业的基础上,发挥内蒙古地理和资源等得天独厚的优势,大力发展外向型经济,才能符合国家"一带一路"建设目标,使内蒙古经济迈上另一个新的台阶。以"一带一路"建设为背景,通过分析历年对外贸易数据,了解内蒙古外向型经济发展历程,总结内蒙古外向型经济发展存在的问题,并对内蒙古外向型经济如何在"一带一路"视角下更加健康高效发展提出对策与建议。

In 2015,China's government comprehensively promoted and implemented obelt and one road development strategy,which brought historic opportunities for the economic development of Inner Mongolia in the northern border areas.For a long time,Inner Mongolia’s traditional economic development mode mainly based on agriculture and husbandry is not suitable for the needs of the economic development of the times.Only on the basis of the balanced development of the three industries,the unique advantages of Inner Mongolia’s geography and resources can be brought into play,and the development of the export-oriented economy can meet the strategic goal of the country,and the Inner Mongolia economy can be pushed to another new step.Taking one belt and one road as the background,Through the analysis of previous years of foreign trade data,we understand the development process of Inner Mongolia’s export-oriented economy,and also summarize the problems in the development of Inner Mongolia’s export-oriented economy,and put forward suggestions on how to develop the export-oriented economy of Inner Mongolia in a healthy and efficient way under the perspective of“one belt and one road”.
