与番茄颈腐根腐病抗病基因Frl连锁的标记及应用 被引量:5

摘要 利用与番茄颈腐根腐病抗病基因Frl紧密连锁的分子标记SCAR_(200)和C2-25在已知抗病材料和感病材料中进行验证,进而结合接种鉴定方法在抗病商品品种凯文F2代群体中加以应用。结果表明,SCAR_(200)和C2-25均为共显性标记,可以用于已知抗病和感病材料中的分子标记辅助鉴定;SCAR_(200)和C2-25在凯文F2代群体24个单株中均检测到7个纯合抗病单株、5个感病单株和12个杂合抗病单株;接种鉴定结果显示,有1个单株与分子鉴定结果存在出入,即分子标记辅助鉴定的准确率为95. 83%。
