涉台园区扩大台湾人才引进深化两岸融合研究

Study on Expanding Introduction of Taiwan Residents Talent and Deepening the Fusion of Cross-Strait Involving Taiwan's Investment Zones

"海峡两岸经济社会融合"是当前理论和实务界重大研究课题,新时期全国各地涉台园区加强和改进对台人才交流和引进工作,具有较强必要性与可行性。以国家级涉台园区——泉州台商投资区为例,文章着重进行较全面调查与SWOT分析,提出配套策略措施。建议既要充分发挥国家和省、市地方政府政策扶持与资金引导,加强政策创新与资源整合,也要加强园区自身发展和平台建设,增进区域和两岸交流以及各方面的有机配合,更好推进涉台园区对台人才交流、经济社会融合和两岸关系发展。

“Cross-Strait Economic and Social Fusion”is a Major Research Topic in Current Theory and Practice.In the New Era,it is necessary and feasible for the“Involving Taiwan’s investment zones”at all levels in the country to strengthen and improve the exchange and introduction of talented people in Taiwan.Taking the statelevel Taiwan-related investment zone--Quanzhou Taiwan Residents Investment Zone as an example,this thesis focuses on the more comprehensive survey and SWOT analysis,and put forward the strong feasibility supporting strategies and measures.It is suggested that it is necessary to give full play to the policy support and capital guidance of the local,state and provincial,as well as municipal governments.It’s also necessary to strengthen policy innovation and resource integration,and enhance the development of the park itself and platform construction.In the meantime,it is indispensable to reinforce the regional and cross-Strait exchanges and all aspects of organic cooperation,and promote better exchanges of talent with Taiwan,as well as economic and social fusion and developments of cross-Strait relations involving Taiwan’s investment zones.
