摘要
为了实现分布式电源、换电站和配电网开关的协调优化配置,本文提出了含可控分布式电源、换电站的孤岛形成策略和孤岛形成概率的计算方法,以及含可控分布式电源和换电站的配电网可靠性评估方法;在现有可控分布式电源和分段开关的协调规划模型中引入换电站,并考虑联络线对配电网和换电站可靠性的作用,建立了可控分布式电源、换电站、分段开关和联络线的源-荷-网协调规划模型,提出了求解所建模型的混合智能算法。最终,通过IEEE三馈线配电网系统验证了本文模型和算法的正确性。
To coordinately optimize the configuration of distributed generations(DG),a battery swapping station(BSS),and switches of distribution network,an island formation strategy for DGs and the BSS is proposed,together with a calculation method for the formation probability of island.Moreover,a reliability assessment method for distribution network with controllable DGs and the BSS is also proposed.The BSS is introduced into the existing coordinated planning model of controllable DGs and section switches,thus a source-load-network coordinated planning model of controllable DGs,the BSS,section switches,and tie lines is built considering the effect of tie lines on the reliability of distribution network and the BSS.In addition,a hybrid intelligent algorithm for solving this model is proposed.Finally,the correctness of the proposed model and algorithm are verified using an IEEE 3-feeder distribution network system.
