摘要 我国单井单腔为主盐穴储气库溶腔主要依靠国外软件,盐岩水溶法采矿缺乏专业的溶腔模拟软件,以流体动力学纳维—斯托克斯方程为基础,开发了适用于盐穴储气库溶腔、盐岩水溶采矿的三维盐穴溶腔模拟软件。软件能够进行造腔三维快速模拟计算,实现了声纳测腔的读入和计算、夹层垮塌预测,软件具有加密功能、操作方便、界面优化,达到了商业化的要求。现场应用表明,盐穴溶腔软件适用于单井单腔盐穴溶腔,能够进行三维溶腔数值模拟,优化盐穴溶腔工艺参数,制定盐穴溶腔设计方案,指导现场施工。 For gas storage in salt cavern in China,solution minning used with single well and single.cavern mainly relies onforeign software.There is no professional software for solution mining.Based on the navierstokes equations of fluid dynamics,threedimensional solution mining simulation software has been developed.The software is suitable for dissolving cavity of gas storage andsalt rock solution mining.The software can also simulate and calculate rapidly for solution mining in three dimensions.The readingand calculation of cavity testing data with sonar and the prediction of interlayer collapse have been realized.The software withencryption function and easy operation and interface optimization meets the requirement of commercialization Field application showsthat the software is suitable for three dimensional simulation calculation of solution mining.The software can optimize the processparameters and make the design scheme of solution mining and guide the field construction.
