摘要
近年来,中国煤炭地质总局一直在推进体制改革,实行企业化运作。勘探队作为三级单位,是经营的主体,其队领导班子的薪酬是按国资委对国有企业领导的考核办法由上级单位统一制定,员工的薪酬分配制度由各勘探队自行制定。分配制度是三项制度改革的核心,分配制度的优劣,对勘探队的经营发展起到关键性作用。
In recent years,the General Administration of Coal Geology of China has been pushing forward the reformof the systemand implementing the enterprise operation.As a three-tier unit,the exploration team is the main body of the operation.The salary of the leading group of the team is formulated by the higher units in accordance with the assessmen tmethod of state-owned enterprises.The salary distribution system for the employees is formulated by the exploration teams the mselves.The distribution system is the core of the three system reforms.The advantages and disadvantages of the distribution system play a key role in the operation and development of the exploration team.
