摘要
采用末端淬火技术和力学性能测试、X射线衍射、透射电子显微分析,研究了高强高焊接性7A52铝合金的淬火特性。结果表明,常温水淬条件下,7A52合金的淬透层深度为28mm;合金适宜的固溶-时效制度为470℃/1h水淬,之后进行120℃/24h时效。在此条件下合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为487MPa、431MPa和9.3%。
Quenching characteristic of 7A52 Aluminum Alloy with high strength and high weldability were evaluated by end quenching technology,mechanical properties test,XRD and TEM.The results show that at water quenching condition,hardening depth of 7A52 alloy is about 28mm;suitable solution-aging system is 470℃/1h water quenching and following 120℃/24h aging,under this condition,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation were 487 MPa,431MPa and 9.3%,respectively.
