摘要
通过铝热轧乳化液旋蒸粘度及灰分检测数据与热轧卷的表面清洁度的对比分析,发现用旋蒸粘度来表征乳化液清洁度和热轧卷表面质量比灰分值确定法更快速、更准确。热轧乳液维护通过增加撇油量、部分置换排放乳化液可将旋蒸粘度值控制在115mm2/s以下,热轧卷表面清洁度达到3级以下,较好解决了热轧卷,尤其是油罐车板,表面残留高、表面发黑发暗的问题。
Comparative analysis for rotary evaporation viscosity of aluminum hot rolling emulsion and ash detection data and hot coil surface cleanliness were carried out,it was found that rotary evaporation viscosity can more accurately represent the emulsion cleanliness and hot coil surface quality than ash value.The rotary evaporation viscosity value can be controlled below 115 mm2/s by increasing the amount of skimming maintenance,and partially by replacing emulsion,and hot coil surface cleanliness can reach below level 3,the related problems are solved.
