关于南宁市宾阳县玻璃产业发展的思考与建议

Thoughts and Suggestion about the Development of Glass Industry in Binyang County of Nanning City

2015年以来我国经济全面进入新常态。一方面21世纪以来,我国平板玻璃行业缺少顶层设计与总体谋划,各地区粗放式发展;另一方面全球金融危机以来,世界经济恢复缓慢,全球市场需求萎缩,国内需求下降,导致我国平板玻璃产能严重过剩。在此背景下,产业转移成为我国产业结构调整和优化产业布局的一个重要举措,本文以南宁市宾阳县玻璃产业转移为例,研究了西部地区产业转移过程中遇到的难题,并提出了相关对策建议,希望可以为行业发展提供一些启示。

Since 2015,the economy of China has stepped into a“new normal”phase.On one hand,the flat glass industry in China lacks top-level design and overall planning since 21th century,and most parts of regions remain extensive development.On the other hand,the world economy has been recovering through the global financial crisis,the total demand of global market is shrinking,and the domestic need of flat glass industry is also declining,which lead to the serious surplus of flat glass production of China.In this context,industrial transfer has become an important measure for adjustment of industrial structure and optimization of industrial layout in China.This paper takes the glass industry transfer in Bingyang County of Nanning(capital city of Guangxi Province in China)as an example,studied the difficulties encountered in the industrial transfer process in the western regions of China,and then puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions,wishing it provides some enlightenment for the development of the glass industry.
